  • Periodical Site Visits during execution to inspect the workmanship, finishes, material, standards, carryout quality checks, Suggest modifications to suit local conditions, suggest improvements and use of alternative materials based on local conditions
  • Get approvals from owner for Extra Items and their rates if required
  • Assist in getting necessary services connection from local supply boards.Physical liaison shall not be our scope
  • Review of work progress including attending Review meetings
  • Witnessing for Final Testing and Commissioning of all the installed systems.
  • Ensure rectifications as per snag list from users and validate handover documents.
  • Checking and Approval of as Built Drawings made by the Contractors.
  • To arrange Training Programs for Operation and Maintenance of installed systems to the Client’s Engineers / Staff members.
